Preparation for Colonic
Constipation foods and supplements to avoid!
- Red meat, wheat and cheese
- Dehydrating drinks, i.e. Tea, coffee or carbonated drinks.
- Iron supplements unless they are non-constipating
Constipation things you should eat and drink!
- At least 2 litres of water every day
- Cranberry juice light (ocean Spray or Kelkin)
- 2 tablespoons of Linseed & Sesame seed mixed daily with
porridge.
- Fruit should be Kiwi, Plums, Figs and Apricots, Nectarines
or Prunes. These can be made up as a smoothy.
You can also try placing 2 telephone books under your feet
when sitting on the loo to give a more anatomically correct
posture.
