After Care

We recommend that you eat a light meal of soup or salad.
Drink at least a litre & a half of water to flush out the remaining toxins from your body that may have been disturbed during your Colonic therapy, thus reducing the risk of toxic headache.
Take a course of acidophilus 1 capsule with each meal to replace and supplement the good bacteria in your body. Thus reducing wind.
